Kari Anne graduated from Mississippi State University with a BS in Microbiology and received her Doctorate of Pharmacy at Harding University in Searcy, AR in 2017. She is a member of the Society of Veterinary Hospital Pharmacists (SVHP) and the Arizona Pharmacy Association (AzPA). As Pet Health’s laboratory supervisor, she focuses on pharmacy compounding in general; she loves testing and implementing new procedures to produce esthetically pleasing medications while upholding their therapeutic function.

Animals have always been an important part of Kari Anne’s life. She currently has two Siberian Huskies: Lexi and Jackson. When she was younger, she volunteered at the Jackson Zoo in Mississippi by educating children on various small animals. Her friends and family expected her to become a veterinarian, but pharmacy compounding caught her interest in college, offering the best of both worlds in helping animals receive individualized medications.
